WINTER ROWING

Our Winter Season Rowing program welcomes 8th-grade - 12th-grade athletes who are new to the sport of rowing, as well as returning rowers. Our coaches will provide novice and experienced rowers with instruction on indoor rowing fundamentals, physical conditioning, and functional strength training.

The Winter Season Rowing program meets Mondays - Fridays from 4:15 pm to 6:15 pm. 

November 30th - February 6th 2027

Christmas break December 21-January 3th 2027

Tennessee Indoor Championships - February 6th 2027 at UTC

                      

                                           ​A US Rowing Basic membership and waiver is required for participation.
