Summer Mornings Start Here
Youth Learn to Row
Participants do not need to have any prior rowing or athletic experience. We will help new rowers understand the fundamentals of rowing technique and boat handling and boathouse and on-the-water safety guidelines. Each group of athletes will be provided with opportunities to explore the sport of rowing, grow in their athletic confidence and enjoy a fun team dynamic.

Development Program
Our development program is geared toward rising 9th - 12th grade athletes with previous rowing experience (preferably at least one competitive season completed). This five-week program is designed for those that may be looking for technical development, fine-tuned fitness, and nutrition coaching during the summer months, without the pressure of a racing environment. Following this camp, rowers will return to their home programs with a greater understanding of the rowing stroke in both larger team boats and in smaller sculling boats.
