Summer Camp
For anyone of 8th - 12th grade, there is an Introduction to Competitive Rowing Camp operated by Chattanooga Junior Rowing. This six-week sweep rowing camp is designed to introduce competitive rowing in four- and eight-person shells. This program gives a great head start for anyone wishing to participate in the fall high school rowing season. People below this age who wish to attend the camp will be evaluated by the coaching staff. Factors used in the evaluation are maturity, size, and strength.
The summer camps run Monday-Friday and offer a choice of four different practice sessions.

The cost of the summer camp is $150. Sign up by email to camp@chattanoogajuniorrowing.org. The email should contain the rowers and parent's name, contact information, sex, age, and desired session.
